I’ve been here a few times for a cut and color and usually I walk out happy. This past time I went in for the same color I usually get and just a trim to have my hair look healthy. My hair was so long almost down to my bottom. I asked for no more then 2 inches cut off and somehow it ended up being about 7 or 8 inches and now my hair barley goes past my shoulders. I’m devastated!!! I didn’t realize she was cutting my hair so short because it was all behind me and I couldn’t see. She also gave me layers which I did not want. The color isn’t even the right color and I’m so upset about my hair I ordered extensions right after the cut. Only good thing is she was a friendly person but I’m never going there again. Oh and somehow it went up $40 from how much I usually pay…

There’s one lady there in particular that gave me the wrong price for my hair and the day of my appointment when I went to confirm, they said it would be much more. The woman who gave me the wrong price didn’t even say anything as she watched me look like I was crazy, never going to that place again, that older woman with the brown hair and glasses needs to check herself.

Was told it’ll be 30 minutes for 2 people in front of me who were both already being taken care of. An hour an a half later I’m still sitting in the waiting area. No one came over to even tell me anything? i have work in 30 minutes, so much for getting my hair cut. Very disappointed. Unless you have hours to wait I would make an appointment elsewhere.

I took my grandma here for a perm she needed one really bad and the person she normally goes to was booked up we walked in and Valerie took care of my grandma this is her best perm ever people keep coming up to her saying how great her hair looks she feels beautiful and of course Valerie has a very friendly and kind personality my grandma will be going back to her everytime she needs a perm!
