Horrible service from Ocean. She doesn’t listen to what the client wants. She is very lazy and leaves strands that are uncut and areas that are uneven. I had to go to Great Clips so they could fix my hair. They told me the front wasn’t even cut. I have long shoulder length hair. A family member tried them last week and ended up going to Great Clips to have them fix it too. Avoid this place at all cost.

Tried them twice. Either they burned my head trying to dye my hair and they didn’t get to dye all of it and still charged me full price. Or the can’t trim my hair and now have my head looking like I just came out of the shower and still wanted a good tip. From now on I will just go to Mickeys in King. Never had a problem there and very friendly. I noticed this place is friendlier with men. Whatever………
