The stylists in Hillsborough are terrific! Mom consistently asks for Francine to do her perm. Mom is disabled and Francine is always thinking out ways to make it easier on mom throughout the whole permanent procedure. And mom loves how she looks afterwards. This place needs new blood to maintain the stylishness. Some older staff were grumpy and treated hair roughly. I was there for hair dye to cover my silver hair plus hair cut. Nancy did my coloring in a rough and quick way. She didn’t even perm my hair with heat.

This place should deserve at 0 star if I could. Espically Francine she is horrible! My sides are very uneven and I look like a monk! They charged me 20$ when she can’t even make the sides even! Even my 70 year old grandma can do better and she is handicapped! DONT EVER GO HERE it’s horrible!

I got my hair color done by Sarah. She did a okay job. This lady can talk! In middle of hair color she says she needs to charge me more because I have more hair ? >:( I was only getting my roots colored same as my hair color it wasn’t like I was getting all my hair colored pink. And she goes like the product prices are going higher .. Ahem excuse me it’s not my problem. She won’t charge less for someone u came in With receding hair. She went on explaining how hard she is going to try to remove a dab of hair color on my neck and cheek which was not supposed to be there in the first place. Lady do your job well tip and appreciation of your work follows without trying. Definitely not going back!
