Earlier this year this happened: I went to this place originally to get my sisters hair braided but when I got there they were all joking and laughing with each other and I had to be there for 30 mins before they decided to acknowledge me and say all their sinks were broken and that we had to go down the road to get her hair washed, dried and brushed. Afterwards we come back and they tell us we have to wait, and 2 out of the 3 women are just watching tv relaxing. A different woman walks in and asks if they are available and they start taking her to the back and washing her hair at The sinks that were “broken” at this point I was already super annoyed and hoped that the braiding service would actually look nice but we barely even started the service she started separating hair so roughly I had to ask her if maybe she could ease up and she said ok and continues but as she just starting her braids my sister starts crying because it was hurting and she was again being rough but then my sister says she’s uncomfortable bc they are laughing around her and they look like they are laughing and talking about her while she’s doing her hair I just said that’s enough paid for the short time I was there and left I will never be coming here again!

DONT GO HERE !!!!!! terrible service, they were arguing on who should do my hair , said if i wanted my hair blowed out good go to the spanish , she didn’t want to wash my hair so she said it’ll be $20 and the other workers laughed , bugs on the furniture , very rough , soap still in my hair when i was in the styling chair(getting it blown out ) , i just left . so they charged me an extra $20 for “wasting their time “ ….shaking my head , never again .

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, QualityI came here for KNOTLESS BRAIDS on December 27th. I arrived at about 9:15am and left their shop at 9:45pm. A women who came AFTER me, was serviced before me because of the style she wanted (Im assuming). The women who braided my hair, arrived at about 10:30, and took an hour and a half to do 6 cornrows for another client. She started my hair around 12ish, FIRST taking a food break even though she arrived at 10:30 & only did 1 set of cornrows… I told her I wanted MEDIUM braids, and she took it upon herself to put small braids in my head. Today is January 14th, and a braid in the back of my head fell out with my REAL hair. KNOTLESS braids should not “slip-out”! As a first experience, I will NEVER be returning. I came here for KNOTLESS BRAIDS on December 27th. I arrived at about 9:15am and left their shop at 9:45pm. A women who came AFTER me, was serviced before me because of the style she wanted (Im assuming). This place is the worst, horrible, do not waste your money there. After a week of doing my box braids the whole front row was falling out taking my real hair with it. I came back to Fanta to fix it they were acting as if they didn’t want to fix it and I owe them something after I spent 180 on my hair they really disgusted. Please don’t waste your time even going, very dirty and big duty flys flying every just not very professional to be as a business.
