Positive: ProfessionalismI had a pedicure at an expensive location in winter garden, FL and they were not as good as this place. This dude was gentle when i told him my ticklish spots and took his time to ensure my wife and i’s experience was fantastic. Best place to get one my feet feel brand new.Service: Pedicure

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in expecting more I suppose. The guy wasn’t friendly in the least. Was rough with my hands, none of my nails were the same length, jagged at an angel even… made fun of the way my hands were shaped and constantly was shaking his head in shame at me. Asked for a matte color and he did the opposite. When I asked for things to be fixed only the matte coloring got fixed and was completely rude about everything else. I went in expecting more I suppose. The guy wasn’t friendly in the least. Was rough with my hands, none of my nails were the same length, jagged at an angel even… made fun of the way my hands were shaped and constantly was shaking his head in shame at me. Asked for a matte color and he did the opposite. When I asked for things to be fixed only the matte coloring got fixed and was completely rude about everything else. Will never be going here again.

Critical: QualitySo I’m very disappointed. Everytime I’m in town, I come to fanssy nail and have never had a problem. Until Monday. I go in to get my nails done and they are a little behind. No problem. But when he starts my nails, you can tell he’s rushing. I ask for medium length. Not too short and not too long. I get super short. Whatever I can deal with that. But now it’s Wednesday and the nail polish is chipping off the acrylic nail! I’ve never had this happen before and I’m kinda bummed out that I paid $60 with tip just for my polish to be coming off in 2 days. Unfortunately won’t be going back. :(So I’m very disappointed. So I’m very disappointed. Everytime I’m in town, I come to fanssy nail and have never had a problem. Until Monday. I go in to get my nails done and they are a little behind. No problem. But when he starts my nails, you can tell he’s rushing. I ask for medium length. Not too short and not too long. I get super short. Whatever I can deal with that. But now it’s Wednesday and the nail polish is chipping off the acrylic nail! I asked for the Deluxe Pedicure ($50) and she scrubbed my feet with one of the dry scrubbers and did very little else that qualifies as “Deluxe”. The lady who did my nails and toes insisted that I wear my mask when there were 2 people in the business that never wore one the whole 2 hours I was there. I asked for the Deluxe Pedicure ($50) and she scrubbed my feet with one of the dry scrubbers and did very little else that qualifies as “Deluxe”. I listened. The colors were completely wrong and they were very argumentative. I was left with cuts all along my cuticles. I took the dip powder off as soon as I got home. Really poor experience here. Playing loud obnoxious videos. Unclean environment. I showed them a picture of what I wanted. They convinced me to try dip powder instead of gel polish. I listened. The colors were completely wrong and they were very argumentative. I was left with cuts all along my cuticles. I took the dip powder off as soon as I got home. I WILL NOT be returning.
