All the reviews of this place is absolutely correct and I will never go here again.. I went just for a balance and at first everything was fine. The lady started on my nails and she kept stopping doing absolutely nothing, so I’m like I’m just going to relax cause I really need my nails done. Last straw another Customer comes in and this female moves to another station and tells the older man that can barely see to finish my nails. I have never experienced racism like until today. Never Again

Went to get a Mani/Pedi approximately 2 weeks ago. It was quick and efficient Today , I went in to have my Gel nail polish changed and a fresh polish. Okay, they had a list and it was longer then I was willing to wait. So, I asked the Male Nail Tech about setting an appointment for Monday. He then informs me the salon does not take appointments.

I called to check the hours of operation and to verify pricing on the pedicure. I was told the price would be 25.00 more than I paid previously. When I asked what changed. The female told me to take my business to another shop..there are many in Columbus. We dont need it. She was rude and nasty and disconnected the call. I tried calling back to speak to the manager concerning the interaction. They wouldn’t answer. I was treated with disreapect and no consideration or customer courtesy. I would not recommend this nail salon/shop to anyone of color.Treated me extremely nasty.Very rude and unprofessional experience with the older lady that works there. Usually this is like my back up salon they usually have a long wait but I like the way Angela does my nails. Well today I signed in at 5:45 I needed a pedi and balance. When you walk in its the 3rd chair down in the right this lady was so rude to a 14 teen year old child she acted like she could only do solid color and then she couldn’t Evan do the French tip right and she left space at the top of the nail and then when as a mother I’m gonna defend my daughter she raised her voice and I told her to lower her voice and then she got hostile and kept trying to talk over me I will never bring my daughter back their again and then I ask for the boss and the lady in he 2nd chair to the right when u walk in she says she’s her own boss it’s no money out of my pocket it’s hers and don’t tell me she’s rude tel her and I mostly definitely did them her she was rude to her face because it’s the truth and I told her that she was rude and unprofessional so u don’t gotta tell me what to tell her because already did. The most unprofessional and disrespectful Nail shop I have ever been to and we won’t be back.

I went to get a pedicure and full set done here at this location. Mind you my mom went here for years and they service was amazing back in 2014. I said why not, my birthday is coming up and I had my mind set on getting my nails and feet did. I went about 3 clock and I was in and out within 20 mins !!! Which I wasn’t to fond of going to the nail shop bc it’s just wasn’t my thing but a one time thing for birthday. When I telling you my nail fell off within a day, I ask for white tips and I didn’t get it. It look like I had my nails on for 2 weeks !!! AND THE PEDICURE WAS HORRIBLE AND WHEN I LEFT I LITERALLY CRIED THEY WAS SO HORRIBLE BUT LUCKILY MY HUSBAND CHEERED ME UP !! I didn’t even feel comfortable enough to go back and get them fixed .I was extremely disappointed with the service I was provided and my birthday kinda sucked DO NOT GO HERE THEIR SERVICES ARE NO GOOD !!! FOR ALL US MELANATED SKINNED QUEEN WE ARE GOING TO HAVE TO STOP GIVING OUR MONEY TO BUSINESSES WHO DON’T CARE FOR OUR MONEY .

This was absolutely the worst service I have been provided. They charged me $70 for the most awful set of nails I’ve ever seen. They were loud obnoxious and gossiping the entire time, cursing and being rude. The guy who did my nails had no idea what he was doing and I am very upset Acrylic nails
