First time ever visiting and I’m disappointed. The atmosphere and location are great, but the quality of work I received is poor for someone to be in business 8 years. It’s a little warm, but it bearable. There’s really not enough staff. The actual process took me 3 hours. I only got a pedicure and full set. My nails weren’t even the same length. I definitely won’t be back.

A one star because the Owner is awful sucks at professionalism to walk ins , regularly customers and monthly customers. I do not care if you own the establishment you treat people with Respect! You barley communicate with the walk-ins you do not explain wait time you’re very short with customers when it’s your FAULT you DO NOT PUT EFFORT INTO YOUR PEDICURE POLISHING SKILLS NOR MANICURE SKILLS. Now , remember whose your clientele you currently have one woman that takes her time , no rush, patient and consideration of what she puts out.

Went in today for a pedicure and gel manicure and was told to sit right down in the pedi chair. There were about 4 others waiting in seats by the door who had not been serviced, I didn’t worry until I was sitting in the pedi chair soaking my feet for 40mins! No one reassured me or other clients when we’d be serviced so I had to get up and leave. I don’t recommend this nail shop because of their timing and customer service. They had 4 on staff but I guess simply weren’t managing their time. The location is nice and I would expect more from a midtown location, however, the pale green walls reminded me of an outdated hospital. Pass on this one there are other shops in midtown to visit.

My nails aren’t even. I asked for almond shape and one side of the nails look like a hypotenuse. Its slanted way further than the other side. Also, they didn’t place the fake nail all the way down on my real nail so i have a gap between my acrylic nail and my real nail . The lady I had didn’t clean up my nails, i had nail polish of the side of my nails and on my cuticles nor did she clip my cuticles. Never going there again

A woman did my nails ” short late forties” but she seemed in a rush. She could not distinguish the measurements making sure that all of my nails were the same size. After all that is her job. I absolutely hated my experienced there. When I tried to inform her she act as if she could barley speak English. She did not want to answer me. When customers walk into the door she was good for asking them what they wanted but not asking or considering the person nails she was working on. To be honest my feelings was hurt I could cry and I don’t recommend anyone to go there at all. Especially if they make you feel less valued.
