Wish i could leave 0 stars. I have been going to Fancy Cuts for years, since 2008 for trims and flat iron by Christy. I went in October 2016 for a flat iron and Christy could not do it so she referred me to a young lady next to her. This girl burned my hair out so bad that it just fell all over my clothes. I had long pieces then short pieces at my bang and crown. JUST HORRIBLE. In the end I had to cut it all off so that it could regain strength from the burn and grow evenly. Obviously she is not licensed nor experienced to have a flat iron so hot that it would crisp and burn hair. I regret that i did not get her name, but i was furious when i left. She is taller and very quiet, but do not let her near your head. I AM DONE WITH FANCY CUTS.
