I was looking for a place with good reviews. I called and met the owner shown her pictures told my story how long it’s been which is over 10 years. This women foxy is her name did a fabulous job. Critical: ProfessionalismProbably the worst place I’ve ever been for a haircut. The lady that (spoke very little to no English) left a nice bald spot in the back of my head and lined me up like she may have had a few too many that morning. After I called back they hung up in my face. I had to wait it out and go get it fixed. Probably the worst place I’ve ever been for a haircut. The lady that (spoke very little to no English) left a nice bald spot in the back of my head and lined me up like she may have had a few too many that morning. After I called back they hung up in my face. I had to wait it out and go get it fixed. Next time if I can’t find a place in time I’d rather fade it myself than go back here.

Positive: Professionalism, ValueSuper friendly service and very affordable prices. $10 is not bad for a men’s haircut. Foxy is the best and takes her time to give you the exact cut and style you asked for.

Critical: ProfessionalismToday on November 5, 2020, I called the establishment because I had to request something from a supervisor. I had almost forgotten what I had called for because I was taken aback due to the rude woman that picked up the phone. I was genuinely shocked that this establishment would allow her to represent their business with her discourteous ill-mannered attitude and tone. She not only refused to inform me when a supervisor would be there, but demanded my name, and hung up on me to top it off. I wasn’t even calling as a consumer, but I’d hate to think of how she treats actual customers. Let alone how this establishment runs a business when people walk through their front door to spend their hard-earned money. I had almost forgotten what I had called for because I was taken aback due to the rude woman that picked up the phone.
