First time coming to this nail salon and I will definitely be back. Great customer service, so friendly, and they went above and beyond to make me comfortable and and complete my services. I got nail extensions and a dip manicure . It was by far the best looking manicure I’ve ever had. I asked for an neon rainbow ombre on my nails and it is absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I asked for! I also got an amazing pedicure! Prettiest nails I’ve ever had!

On July 2nd I went to family nails for a full set and a pedicure. I had an old set on my nails that needed to be soaked off. My pedicure was great my Full set was nice but a couple of days later two of my nails cracked in the middle of my nail. I wasn’t able to get back to the shop until the following week because I work full-time. Once I get to the shop one of the employees repair my two nails for free. But the nails were so weak and flimsy they broke the next day. So I went back to the shop now it’s been two weeks almost. I asked for the nails to get soaked off because I’m not satisfied with the work. I do not feel like I should have to pay to get the nails soaked off when I was not able to enjoy a full set for two weeks. Family Nails did not want to soak off my nails for free. I feel I should not have to pay to get my nails soaked off when I am not satisfied with the work and I try my best. My nails were not repair correctly and the nails cracked a couple of days after I got the original full set. I will not be a returning customer.

(Note- im a nail biter the damage to my cuticals are my own doing lol) When I say i have never been happier with a nail salon. I mean it ! I came in at 6.10pm, and i had a very specific image in mind as I hadn’t had my nails done in forever ! Mia spent almost 2 hours on my nails, and they came out absolutely beautiful. I will be going to her every change i get. Honestly, it’s absolutely amazing service, and everyone is so polite( also, my pinkys are really crooked lol, and she took extra time on them to make she the nail itself was not crooked)

Everyone is always so kind, and talented across the board. I’ve been to several salons across the metro, and this is the one I always come back to. (Photos taken almost a week after service – you can see just how well this set has been doing in that time)

The work is lovely, but I was REALLY put off by their gift card policy. They wouldn’t accept my gift card because it “expired.” I do not know how $100 that they took cash for can expire.
