Before the massage, the massage therapist did not ask my preferences. She began massaging way to roughly and was asked multiple times to be more gentle. She really did not adjust her techniques in any way. I did not feel like she listened to me at all and I felt ignored.

She was so rough I asked 2 times for her to lighten up and she still didn’t change her technique. The message was more painful then enjoyable. Don’t waste your money.

No one greeted me, there was no paperwork to fill out, there were constant disruptions including children yelling and crying, arguments between employees, and my therapist left twice without saying anything. I did not feel my requests had even been heard with my fibromyalgia and tender areas i came in to get worked on and the blanket provided was ripped off when my legs were about to be worked on. I did not feel comfortable and left feeling violated and took off work for the next 3 days from pain and emotions related to this session.

Lan (Maria) is without question the best massage therapist I have ever experienced. She has the ability to find the trouble spots and massage the pain away. Very thorough deep tissue massage. My husband and I got a couples massage together. They had nice calming music playing and the room was dimly lit which was nice and relaxing. They do full body, even hands feet and face. I felt very relaxed afterwards.

Critical: Communication, QualityWorst massage ever! I needed to get in on a Sunday because of my work schedule and was excited to find a place that had online scheduling and spots that day! I didn’t get a confirmation e-mail until 45 minutes before my appt so ended up rushing, but made it in time. They didn’t have me down but after I showed her the confirmation e-mail, she shows be to a room.She massaged so hard that I literally could not lay still it hurt so bad! There was so much pressure on the back of my neck that sometimes it felt hard to breathe. She didn’t use any lotion so my skin was feeling like it was burning (like a rug burn) or pinching even though I finally asked if she could use lotion! She finally used some warm oil that felt nice but then wiped it off and massaged over the dry towel on my back. I almost asked her to stop and I’d just pay for the full hour. I have never been relieved foe a massage to be over, but couldn’t wait for this one to end! And I’ve never been this site after a massage-definitely won’t ge back!Worst massage ever!
