Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst haircut I have ever received. I went in asking for a bang trim. I was very specific, I told the lady I wanted my bangs to look like the girl in the 2nd picture, I told her directly that I DO NOT want them cut straight across and I want them cut right below my eyebrows. That is exactly what she did. Completely disregarded any instructions I had given her and completely butchered my bangs. When she was finally done ruining my hair when I got up I immediately walked out and left my mom to pay. I went in my car and cried my eyes out because this woman made me look like Shrek. She then proceeded to ask my mother for a tip, which for some reason my mom gave. If you do not know how to cut bangs then don’t cut someone’s bangs please. Thank you. Worst haircut I have ever received. I went in asking for a bang trim. I was very specific, I told the lady I wanted my bangs to look like the girl in the 2nd picture, I told her directly that I DO NOT want them cut straight across and I want them cut right below my eyebrows. Walked in & met Cherie at the front counter, asked her “if” you offer a Senior rate & she said YES, for $14.50 & I was IN! I have pretty short hair & like it a certain way , she listened intently & started cutting! She was meticulous, did a nice “point cut” on my short hair, cut high above my ears as I requested & did the back wispy as I requested!! I appreciated Cherie, she was kind, Professional, thorough & did a GREAT point cut! Thanks Cherie! I’ll be back!
