I am not pleased at all with the service here. Why rush through the application of shellac? Not only was our (Mom & I) service rushed, they filed off our polish. Never had that done at any other location. You charge just as much if not more than other nail salons. This was my mom’s first time here and this will be our last. I did not pay all that money for my shellac to peel within the first day of application. Such a waste.

Best nail shop ever. You never have to wait to get serviced. They treat you kind, acknowledge what you want, very quick service. I always leave happy. I highly would recommend this nail shop. They also remember you that’s good in my opinion shows you that you matter as a customer and that you are not just a dollar as some business treat you.

This was the worst experience I’ve had at a nail shop. I went to this nail shop just to get a pedicure and one of the nail techs asks if I wanted to do my nails. I refused at first but I went ahead and let them do them.Before the nail tech started on my nails I told him I wanted the powder acrylic that already comes with color. He proceeded to put clear acrylic on my nails instead. After the tech finished applying the acrylic and filing my nails, he sent me to one of the other tech so she could polish my nails. When she finished applying the polish, my nails looked like something a child had done. I asked if she could do it over, which she did but it was still bad. She told me if I would have paid more the nails would have looked better. . . I told her to just leave them alone and they would never get my business again. I would not recommend this place. BTW my nails were just done a day ago.

I’ve been there twice. Each time his table was dirty with the nail dust of other people. Disgusting. The nails only lasted a week. Affordable rates though. I guess you get what you pay for.
