My husband found this place so we could do his/hers pedicures on a Saturday afternoon. Easy to find location, right by Target. Plenty of parking. They asked us to wash hands first thing and then took us to pedicure chairs right away. It wasn’t crowded at all and felt very safe during Covid times, with staff wearing masks. We chose the basic option; the price was $30 each, which felt fair. Compared to other salons I’ve been to, the pedicure process seemed shorter (the sugar scrub, hot stones, & lotion massage portions are my favorite). Overall, the pedicures (for both of us) and paint job (for me) turned out well.

I understand to charge extra for design work but the French v-tips were so badly done, I was shocked. After I was done, another lady just told me it would look better if I had longer nails. They kept insulting me in another language even though I understood it. It was one of the worst experiences of my life here.

The final work on my nails looks good, but the nail tech was BRUTAL when taking off the old gel with the nail drill, filing my nails and pushing my skin under my nails causing unnecessary pain that lasts for days. She did not clean off the smudges nor take care of my cuticles. I left the salon with pain in my finger tips. Will not return.

I took my elderly mother there. Mom can’t manage her toe nails anymore and her feet were a mess. The place was busy so there was a short wait, but the service was excellent. The woman took care of her toes, gave her a shoulder massage and was pleasant and professional. It took about 45 minutes and only cost $55. Everyone wore a mask and you had to wash your hands upon entering. We will go back.

Critical: QualityThe service was great and the vibe was super peaceful. But she did make me bleed when she cut my poor cuticles. They look like I’ve been wearing them for days and already need fillings but I just got them done. I’m disappointed but at least they had good customer service.

I highly do not recommend they are very expensive and just keep adding “ 5 dollars more” for the tiny things. I pay $50 for my nails and a week later a nail fell off on like nothing. I didn’t touch or didn’t do something to make it fall off. They also cut my friends skin deep, DIDNT say sorry, just look around and laughed. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL 🙁

Disorganized and poor quality. Appointments are not really appointments. I had to wait 30 min, then they wanted me to wait again, then they forgot I was waiting (even tho I was sitting in their salon). That happens sometimes and I can let that go, but the quality of work was not good and that is something I have a harder time with.

I’m super picky, won’t even send the money if I’m not happy with the work. Everyone is super friendly, place is clean and is always up to date on all the new trends and technology. I personally was lucky enough to get in with the main head hauncho Chin, and have been loyally going to her now for a couple of years. I have never had the pleasure of being to sit back and have compete trust to let her do her thing or take her suggestions, and always be 100% on point and satisfied with her work everytime. She’s amazing, listens attentively to what you want, and is efficient. She never slacks on her work, ensuring her clients leave happy. She is a skilled woman and i would never go to anyone else while she is around. Trust her completely to leave me looking fabulous and bring me back to life.
