Graciela and Elena hairdressers ruin my hair 2 times . They did highlights and then they covered them with different toners and my hair was purple and green instead of light blonde , they asked for more money because they said I have a rich boyfriend and he could pay for it. They also complained a lot about the time that they invested doing my hair and they didn’t eat lunch, etc. They are a rip off , they don’t do a good job, they just want to know your personal business and still your money.

Expensive for San Juan Capistrano! You cannot ask for prices once you get there. If they make A mistake on your hair they will not give you an appointment right away. Would not recommend!

Bad, from my first option to the last. I don’t like their new people. They often make me turn back very upset and who knows where are the girls I used to know. Seems either they wants to go home early or they don’t want to work. If they have costumers they are complaining, if they don’t have costumers they are complaining as well. You can see there are problems between the ladies so If you call requesting an appointment with someone the don’t pass the phone. Anyways, my family and myself are just saying good bye to you.

I LOVE my curly hair, and before I went into Isabel’s, it went down to about my lips when I’d pull it. I said I strictly wanted a buzz on the sides and literally 1/16 trim on the top (so it would hardly be noticable). I wanted to keep all the curls and the length that I had been working on for roughly 5 months. They ended up completely disregarding my wishes.

I’ve been going to Isabel’s for the last 22 years. Isabel cuts my stick straight hair perfectly! But today I have to praise Isela, who saved the day when I tried to balayage my daughters hair and the result was an uneven orange hair. After 4.5 hours of hard work her hair looks just beautiful, exactly what she was expecting. It was worth it every minute! Thank you so much!

The salon had great customer service. I’m new to the neighborhood and I have been on a search for a great barber shop, gave a few a shot bu did not like the outcome. I came across this salon and was surprised on how well of a job the barber did (Brittain C.). I will and to this day continue to come to this shop as long as it is operating .

came here to try something new since I’ve been going to the same salon since I was a kid. I never got the name of the lady that helped me, but she was a total slob at her work. Honestly the biggest disappointment I’ve ever seen on a haircut. My hair was down to my waist and all I wanted was for the lady to chop it all off and leave it at my shoulders with some layers. One side was longer than the other, some parts were too long or too short. Literally had to go back to my usual salon and have them fix that lady’s mess up. Definitely not coming back here again.
