I got my eye brows threaded for the first time here and it was fantastic! They take walk ins and the prices were SO good. You just walk in and immediately get your eyebrows done, quick and efficient the shape flatters my brows perfectly.I was nervous at first because she did not ask how i wanted them, but they turned out great. This lady right here named Asa is rude. She was rude in front of her customers and would not lower her voice. She stated that I can do my own eyebrows if I want. Customer is always right and if we have a request for an eyebrow tech to do eyebrows a certain way then, the eyebrow tech should do it. This behavior is not okay. So unprofessional! Of course a business has a right to refuse services, but don’t yell or complain while threading that persons eyebrows making them feel super uncomfortable in front of the other customers. That is unacceptable behavior – Especially for a business owner. Shame on you if this is how you run your business. People need to know about the customer service etiquette your business provides. And the only one that was making a scene was YOU. Constantly complaining as you were threading in front of your own customer. I was embarrassed for you.

My wife has been coming to this group for a while now, and all I can say is that she is extremely happy with the services here. They do an amazing job. The staff is super nice and the place is very clean and organized. Oh and the couches are very comfortable. We drive a bit from where we live in Salt Lake just to come here.
