They do a reasonably good job… if they decide to show up. They have terrible hours to start with and then often change them with no warning. Then they don’t show up when they say they will be open and customers are waiting outside the store for them. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to leave customers waiting outside for 2hrs after your scheduled opening time. I will be finding a new place to get my brows done.

I’ve been exclusively seeing Nishma for years and I can’t imagine letting anyone else near my eyebrows, I trust her completely! Not only highly skilled in her craft, she emanates warmth and positivity and I always leave in a better mood than when I come in. Definitely recommend her services. Be warned, they do not take appointments so be prepared to wait (but well worth it!).

She used to listen to the customer and explain how to get your brows to the way you want them to look. Now for the past three visits, it’s been rushing and blaming the customer for how their eyebrow hair grows instead of listening and shaping accordingly. It’s not hard to make a simple arch, but if you are going to judge me based on what you think knowing you’re not doing your best, then I’ll save my coins. My money is green just everyone else. Too bad what expansion does to people. Now I have poorly shaped brows for no reason.
