I always go to the location in Coralville which is the best! 10/10. Decided to give this location a try and I will never go back. I left with choppy looking eyebrows. She quickly hacks away at your eyebrows.and it doesn’t seem like she stops to see what she’s actually taking off. Really disappointed.

My daughter went in with nice thick eyebrows and asked for a clean up and the woman who threaded her took entirely too much off and she came out crying and it looks terrible. When telling her she was dissatisfied with her service she told her she was drama and to get out. Very unprofessional and terrible service. Do not get your eyebrows threaded here.

Critical: QualityIf you’re looking for something cheap and done in less than 5 minutes, this is the place. You get what you pay for. I normally have very thick and nicely arched eyebrows I do myself at home. I have been very busy so I decided I would save myself the time and hassle and have someone else clean them up, couldn’t get a last minute appointment anywhere so fine, try this place after they butchered my eyebrows 6 years ago as well, I’m sure they’ve improved over the years and adapted to new brow styles/trends. I told her “just clean them up, not too thin” .. she completely butchered my eyebrows, she up took more than half my eyebrows off and they don’t even match, at all. Now I have to spend weeks if not months feeling self conscious and trying to let them grow back out so I can get my eyebrows back to normal. I don’t think she tries different brow shapes for different head shapes or even tries to anticipate what the end result should be for a client. she just hacks them away with little to no conversation and you’re out the door in less than 5 minutes. If you’re looking for something cheap and done in less than 5 minutes, this is the place. You get what you pay for. I normally have very thick and nicely arched eyebrows I do myself at home. I was in and out with in 5 minutes. The lady was nice but she did an awful job on my brows. They have never been so thin and one of them is half gone. She also took the shape out of them.
