I have always had a great experience at this place until today. I always specifically ask for them to keep my eyebrows big and to not take off really anything just clean up and a little bit of shaping. I walked out of the doors of the mall today crying because these are the worst eyebrows I’ve ever received in my life. They are no where near my natural shape and they are extremely small with my left eyebrow being noticeably smaller than my right one. It is so upsetting when I specifically asked for them to leave my eyebrows as big as possible while taking off very little. I am never coming back.

I have been getting my eyebrows threaded for the past 9 years I tried this place for the first time a couple of days ago and will never go back! The lady that did mine pulled them out slowly and it was very painful later that day I could see scabs forming from some of the places where my skin was pinched Lesson learned on this place.

They cut half my brow off and I’m not kidding all they said was sorry and that it will grow back I should have known they messed up when it hurt like crazy .
