Worst service ever, I did haircut at home which came out better than this. She asked for what kind of hair cut I want and I said just a regular one nothing special and said sizes. Greatly disappointing, we were counting on having a consistent service as this chain is purportedly known to offer and yet, my wife was turned down because the attendant decided they were just going to close early. We are never coming back to this store or chain again, it is a very simple but valuable service and particularly in these pandemic times, making the decision to venture out weighs quite more heavily. Monitoring employees’ quality of service seems to have fallen by the wayside.
