I am having THEE hardest time finding someone who does threading in the 757. This place had good reviews, so I gave it a try. The lady was not rude or anything. However, she wasn’t very personable. I guess I got spoiled coming from another state. My eyebrows were barely arched and she was impatient with my facial hair threading and seemed like she was working against the clock, versus focusing on my service. She did get most of it, but there were clearly hairs left. I understand business, but she was a bit pushy with upselling too. It was just not an enjoyable experience AND I was not satisfied with the services. I definitely will not return.

She doe’s GREAT eyebrows… i drive 45 mins just to see her. And its clean in there.My only problem is, its annoying when she offer extra services and you say no and she keeps pushing. Like girl just thread my eyebrows so i can go .

Lived here for almost three years and didn’t realize I lived so close to a threading studio. They were able to see me as a walk in and really cleaned my eyebrows up. Will definitely be back.

I always try and go out of my way to support small business, especially the ones in my hometown that takes me an hour to get to. I paid for a membership because she truly does the best work I’ve came across but ive traveled more times to her and the shop being closed than I have got my eyebrows done. My gas today alone cost the same as the membership, that I can never use. Please update the times in consideration of the people who actually enjoy supporting your business.

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityIt seems like since I got the membership they’re never open and they changed the time from 10 am until 5 pm which is very inconvenient for a working woman. Then on top of that, I am from NC, I rode all the way to Suffolk this Saturday morning got there before 10 and they never opened. Nobody showed up. I arrived at 1130 am and no one is there or answering the phone. I will lose my membership money but I rather that than go to a place that does not adhere to its business hours.
