I made my appointment online for eyelash extensions and I got there on time, I was told the lash tech was on her way. I waited about 40 minutes, I waited because they had my card on file and if I left they would have charged me, and the traffic was sort of bad so I was hoping she was just stuck in traffic somehow. But she never showed up and some other lady finally approached me. Asked for my information, she didn’t give me an option for a reschedule or anything. And she told me that the lash tech who was gonna do my lashes doesn’t even work that day. But and at the end all she said was “I’m sorry, that sucks.” And honestly the lash tech herself couldn’t have cared less. Just disorganised. Waste of my time….

Didn’t have the best experience here! To expensive for what I got! I felt like I had cat whiskers as lashes! They poked, the lash it self was thick and they where very few for a full set. Not my version of classic and at all! Didn’t go back!

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueBeen getting lash extensions for about a year and needed to switch places, so I know how they should look and last. Two days after going here my NATURAL lashes started to fall out and within a week most of my lash extensions had fallen out. Been getting lash extensions for about a year and needed to switch places, so I know how they should look and last. Two days after going here my NATURAL lashes started to fall out and within a week most of my lash extensions had fallen out. Called asking for my money back and they offered a free fill but no way in heck I’m going back there for ANYTHING asked if I could get even half my money back and they said they would have to talk to salon owner and get back to me. The atmosphere here is comfortable and energetic. The girls here do hair, nails, lashes, and some do brows. There is a service for everyone here. Compared to other places here on the Valley they are equal to or less than cost wise. Definitely recommend!

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI made an appointment for today at 2 o’clock for a set of acrylic nails. Got to the salon about 7 minutes early. I was not greeted for quite a while when first coming in and two stylists even checked out their clients and didn’t say anything to me while at the front. Finally about 15 minutes past 2 o’clock the girl who was supposed to be doing my nails said that my appointment somehow got cancelled. She said she saw the appointment yesterday and then it wasn’t on there today. She proceeded to make me a new appointment after she took a couple of hair cuts and I agreed. I called just now to try to cancel, I have found another place to get my service done, but couldn’t leave a message because no one was there to answer the phone and the mailbox is completely full.I hate that this happened I had heard good things about this salon and it hurts me to say that they need to focus some attention on the customer service side of things.
