I have never been so excited about a treatment before. Actually seeing the incredible results from the thermal lift treatments at Eye Candy have got me hooked! I have got Botox on and off for years and never really felt or saw the difference I was hoping for. After my first treatment I saw a difference. But after the 2nd, I started feeling the difference. My skin is tighter, brighter and the fine lines are disappearing in front of my eyes and I’m only 4 weeks in!It’s the most relaxing way to get the best results of younger, tighter skin. Friends and family have been telling me “how good I look” and I just laugh inside. I’m literally hooked and will do this forever! Now my friends and mom are doing it! TERRIBLE customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE unless you like having every penny squeezed from you! The aesthetician was good, polite and thorough, I loved her. Customer service would not accept the emergency I had, and charged me a $50 fee since I wasn’t able to reschedule within their 24 hour window. Now I’m paying for the initial package and the $50 charge which is just wrong under the circumstances. I explained my emergency and didn’t want to cancel, only wanted to reschedule for the SAME day. I called with more than an hour before my appointment time, but didn’t receive a call back until 8 minutes before my appointment – I even attempted to contact someone via email without any reply. I understand businesses need to have policies in place to protect their bottom line, however, clients have legitimate emergencies that crop up that are not under our control. In my 49 years of experience on this planet, a little understanding and accommodation goes a long way. I planned to purchase more sessions once I completed the first two to compliment my results. I *would* have recommend Eye Candy Body Sculpting to EVERYONE I know in the beauty industry I’ve been working in for 24 years. Now, I will do the exact opposite. Buyer beware…

I love Eye Candy! I have been a client for about a year now. I previously lost about 40 lbs and noticed my face skin was less toned and my wrinkles were more visible. I tried Botox and fillers with bad results. I was allergic to the preservatives in the filler and the Botox made my skin sag more. I found Eye Candy and discovered that they do different treatment so I bought a thermalift package for my face. I started treatments- every two weeks for several months. The treatment is relaxing and it feels like I’m having a facial. Techs: Vicky and Chelsea are amazing and personable. I love that they are helpful in discussing different options. Everyone has different results but after few months, I started noticing a difference. My friends and family started commenting on the improvement. While it may take a few sessions to see a difference, the results are natural and the benefit of the treatment continues to work in producing more collagen Its about a half hour drive for me but well worth the time. The added benefit is their location Dos Lagos shopping area on Cabot drive with stores and restaurants. I would recommend Eye Candy to anyone wanting to improve their appearance using a non invasive method.
