I called about an hour before I planned on coming in. The gentleman who answered the phone and took my appointment was very polite and friendly. Upon arrival I was greeted with a smile and helped. The nail tech who did my French manicure was very sweet. She was very professional, nice, and patient. This was the BEST service I have ever received at a nail salon and spa. I will be sending over friends and family. I look forward to many appointments in the future.

I have lived in the area for about 5 years now. I get my nails done occasionally but would more often if I found a place that was worth the money being spent. After a HORRIBLE experience at a place in Lone Oak, I was referred to Extravagant. Definitely skeptic initially but as soon as I sat down, the lady (I wish I asked her name) was FANTASTIC. Not one person in the business made me feel out of place. She did exactly what I asked for and honestly, I think this is the best my nails have looked. I got a natural look dip on my real nail then had the tips done in color. I would 12/10 recommend this to anyone looking for a place to get pampered. They have my business going forward, FOR SURE!!!! Thank you to each person working yesterday.

I’m used to 3 coats of color, 60 sec each turn under the light & oil on the finished job. Here only 2 coats color, 30 seconds under the light & no oil. I thought, what do I know? At 1 week it all started to chip & peel. It was down hill from there.

Out of all he places me and my mother have gone, this one has been the best so far. And that’s a lot to say- we have gone to cherry nails, Luxor, elegant nails, queen nails but they don’t come close. They ask you in detail what you want. Try to give you options for color and or give you ideas and suggestions. Make it enjoyable, offer you something to drink and constantly check up with you, they finished a process abs asked me if that’s how I wanted my nail- loves the fact I didn’t have to worry about them hurting and or giving me something I wasn’t pleased with. They always go above and beyond.
