Critical: QualityI was the first person in the shop this morning. Everyone was very nice and personable. Pedicure was fine. Then I was switched to a nice man who did a dip manicure on me. Dry hands, no soaking, no lotion, nothing. First time I’ve experienced that. Took an hour. Pushed back my cuticle with his nail(!) and an electronic tool. He cut my finger, did apologize, and apply antiseptic. My manicure ended up thick, uneven, lumpy, and ugly – they look like big, weird teeth. I posted pics – white, sparkly dip on my regular nails, supposed to be square. I wish they would have told me they didn’t have availability and let me leave, instead of pushing me off on someone who wasted my time. I called and they said they will refund the manicure. I was the first person in the shop this morning. Everyone was very nice and personable. Pedicure was fine. Then I was switched to a nice man who did a dip manicure on me. It’s already chipping, the polish on my toes has bubbles in it and etc. This was my first time and I can’t say I’d recommend going.Service: Pedicure
