I love how down to earth the staff are, how they go out of their way to personalize everything before they begin. It’s a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere inside. Sadly I have found Jonathan Brown to be unreliable as well. My friend and I waited two hours past our appointment time without even seeing him. He said he was behind schedule so we finally left. I rescheduled and a couple of hours before that appointment, he just canceled with no reason and I haven’t heard anything from him since.
