The environment was good but I left with a color that I didn’t want. I went in originally for a balayage . After she did that my hair went super dry. I kinda expected that to a point. When she saw the previous color underneath she suggested purple. I looked up a picture of a dark brown like my natural roots with purple tint and showed her. She colored my roots along with the freshly bleached hair and I left with a light red wine color. The very thing I didn’t want. After two weeks it faded and I had to dye it dark. This may be just a one time thing but I was charged over 250 and they colored my natural roots when I asked them not too. She seemed fairly new to the field so thats why I gave it 2 stars. She was nice but ultimately I wasted 250 just to have to dye my hair dark at home to cover a red color. It’s still not fully covered. I was honest and told them anything but red. I just suggest looking up the Persons work before committing to having them bleach your hair.
