I have been going to this salon for the last 4 years (on and off), the location is conveniently close to my house. Two days ago, I had a really bad experience there, first they are more interested in more expensive services, like gel nail polish and acrylic nails, once you say is regular nail polish the face change. I went for eyebrows, manicure & pedicure (regular nail polish), they are very insistent with especial pedicure (more money $$$), but they nail polish is very bad quality, the next day the color started to pull off and today as second day the color looks like I did my manicure like a week, they don’t care about service or quality.

I was a regular customer until today I made an appointment early morning I arrived on time and other lady told me I had to wait 30-40 min. They got other customer, when I tried to get my app she started yelling at me. The lady who I made the app is really nice but unfortunately this isn’t the first time and I always wait but today I had just enough time to my service. I ll never come back

I have often come here with my daughter and gotten both of our nails painted a pedicure from time to time I always get a full set. The last time I came into the shop and got one Not only did my nail tech have an extreme attitude he spoke in a different language like he was frustrated the entire time he roughly handled my hand as well as my daughters he did not take his time when painting my nails he did not go through the full process he did not shave my nails down he did not properly shape my nails he did not ask me if I approved of anything after he did it he had such an attitude that I did not want to ask him to reshape my nails because when I did he began cutting me with the drill I have never had such a horrible experience and getting my nails done. at first I was trying to be nice and I took it as my nail tech having a bad day I felt sorry for him he was older man so I gave him a tip anyway because I felt like maybe he was just frustrated and needed someone to be nice to him but when I got home and I wash my hands and my nails turned out looking like they had glue all over them I regretted not escalating the situation at the salon. When I called to try to tell them what happened the woman act like she could not understand me or maybe she really couldn’t and was of no help she just hung up on me. when I come in it is very common for me to spend $50 plus and I always tip. to get this kind of service is ridiculous but to be treated like this as a repeat customer is really just shameful I don’t recommend anyone wasting their time or money for someone to sit across from them not properly do their job and rudely speaking another language the whole time.this was always my go-to shop because I loved their children’s pedicure but I will take my business elsewhere.

Next fav place to come to besides one in Mint Hill. The guy (didn’t get his name ) was very sweet and made sure I got my fill in. I recommend Ms. Jackie for eyebrows and Kim D did wonderful on my nails. I had a broken nail split in the middle and she fixed it up for me. She’s really sweet.

I went in wanting to get my nails, toes and eyebrows done. I came in and went straight to a chair. The person who did my toes did a very good job, she didn’t take long at all. Then it went downhill from there. It took them at least 40mins to start on my nails. When the lady was doing my nails she couldn’t work on my nails for talking. I finally said, come on sweetie I got to go. I ask the lady name Ms. Jackie are they normally that slow. And told her how long it took them to start on my nails. She said we very busy, (which at that time they wasn’t). Then she said, u been here before u know how busy we are. I told her no this is my first time and will be my last time bc how slow they are. She preceded to keep talking not apologizing for how long it took. I finally said I will take my money elsewhere. She said u can take ur money elsewhere when u go to the Doc office u have to wait. And then the lady who was doing my nails said, long time do good on nails and fast mess up. I was trying to keep calm no by now I am hot. I told her to finish my nails and I would not be back. And after all of that my fingernails don’t look that great.

They speak to everyone upon entering and try to accommodate you quickly. My issue was with my specific nail tech. It was a guy and he was on facetime the entire time speaking to some girl, on his apple watch, even left in the middle of the session to go eat something and came back chewing. 3 of my nails are leaning sideways and my nails look like they were done by a student beginning to learn. I left very disappointed and I will definitely never go back here! Not professional at all. Below average service (this is based on my specific experience)

I have been going to this salon (off and on) for about 6 years, the location is conveniently close to my house. Yesterday I had theeee far most worst experience getting service than I ever had in my life! I walked and and requested my favorite girl (Kathy or Cindy is her name) I was told she no longer works there (I should have left then) giving the young lady the benefit of the doubt I stayed (big mistake) my service included a fill in and pedicure with metallic gel 120.00 easy! The next day at work my nail started lifting, I went in yesterday to tell them, rude as ever, even the lady who messed them up. I told her I would return in the morning so she could fix it , when I got there this morning another young lady was upset as well and ended saying a few words to her then leaving. Fast forward, she tried to put glue on my lifting nail, “uh no I want it fixed properly”… she goes on to say it’s because I got a fill in that it doesn’t happen when you get a new set. Like lady WTH you think you’re talking too? Long story short as she’s fixing it she goes in to tell me she can’t do me nails anymore really? Girl I’ll never return , and I never will! If you go stay away from the young dark headed girl with the ponytail she has horrible customer service and rude as heck!

I’ve been to this nail salon previously and i’ve always been consistent. So it really shocked me when I was disrespected and yelled at because i didn’t want to pay for a service I asked for. The lady with the short hair and is more masculine decided she wanted to be LAZYY!! with my pedicure after i told her several times what was wrong with my pedicure she continued to ask me “ does this look okay ? “ and i would continue to tell her that my toe nail is not even so why would you want me to pay for something that isn’t done properly. I was very respectful talked to her and suggested I finish with someone else. She felt offended lol and walked away as if I came at her rude. She had no reason to be mad because i want what i asked for and what i was going to be paying for. The crazy part about all of this is the employees entertain there coworker when they clearly are giving off a bad customer service if you are going to cause a scene next time make it make sense at least. after receiving this terrible customer service they have lost a loyal customer and i hope in the future they get there staff together so they are not loosing business. I genuinely hope her day picks up because she already came with an aggressive energy towards me once i asked her to fix my toe nail and after that she continued and i told her to just not touch me im okay!
