I love going to Exotic Nails. I always go in with some type of design or request, especially for holidays] and she always does it perfectly!! I go from different lengths and shapes and she never disappoints. Also very affordable. Today I went for something shorter and simple and of course she delivered exactly what i wanted!! Would recommend Exoctic Nails to every one!!

This lady is amazing she works hard and does a wonderful job on my acrylic nails every time I go in there . And to the negative nancy that left a review to talk about the fact that she has a toddler there, that is her daughter and she is a single mom just trying to make it and really it’s none of your business where she takes her daughter. Love her she’s awesome.

Walked in at 2:43 pm to get a pedicure and was told she could not service me, and that she’s full. There were 3 ladies in the nail shop, and one of the ladies were being serviced. The nail tech never asked was there another day I would like to pick. The only thing she said was she was full.

I’m always very satisfied with my nail service! The nail tech does a great job with gel polish.That part deserves 5+ stars! However the fact that they choose to bring a toddler to a place of business requires me to give the business as a whole 4 stars.

The shop is very clean. With one person trying to take care of everything alone SHE DOES GREAT! She’s very kind to each person who enters the door. I had just had knee surgery and she was very helpful in getting my pedicure done. I will continue to go to her. Manicure, Acrylic nails, Pedicure

This was the worst experience that I have ever had. First of all, my friend and I sit down and say that we want acrylic nails and they just try to paint them…if you are doing nails as a job, you need to know what acrylic is. Then, we get told to change stations, no big deal there, but my friend sat for 30 minutes without anyone even touching her nails. When a guy finally went over to do her nails, he stayed on his phone for the majority of the time and would walk away for no reason. That is incredibly poor customer service in and of itself. But this is where I have my biggest problem. Every single one of my fingers bled and it looks like a butcher was trying to work on my nails. Instead of wiping off the blood, they decided they were just going to paint over it. They also sanded into my nails so much that I was pulling my hands away in pain. When I wash my hands or take a shower, it hurts so bad I am almost in tears because of how deep into the nail bed they sanded and because of how far they cut into my cuticles. And the icing on this whole disastrous cake, my nails look horrendous. They are all a different shape, they are crooked, and the paint isn’t even.

She filed my nails, buffed them, and then laid down a base coat, 2 layers of color, and a top coat. Then she sprayed my hands and told me that I needed to leave because she wanted to go home. The closing time listed was 4pm. I was told to leave at 3:10. She had her daughter with her, which is fine with me, but she seemed more interested in going home an hour early than she did about being professional or doing a good job. I walked in right when she opened, nobody else was in there and she told me she could not service me because I was a walk in and she was booked with appointments. Guess it was her loss because unlike some others would do what they can to make money running their own business.
