I really liked the work and my gel nails but they didn’t last 🙁 got it on Wednesday, came off on Sunday. Went to the beach and after the first chip I could peel off all of them. Haven’t got this problem before. I was really upset since it was not that cheap.

I called a week in advance to make an appointment for a gel pedicure and the girl on the phone said it was fine. Then I got a voicemail from her saying that she told me the wrong price and a gel pedicure is actually $(whatever the price), but I didn’t call back because I was fine with paying more. I show up today for my appointment and, in front of everyone else in the salon, one of the men working tells me they tried to call me multiple times, and because I never called back they cancelled my appointment? I feel like he was shaming me for apparently not returning the one phone call that they gave me and it was really embarrassing.

Exotic Nails in Bay changed ownership a few months back. Tony and Michelle are fantastic! Not only are they the best manicures and pedicures I’ve ever gotten but they are incredibly nice and accommodating. They welcome you in every time and make it clear how appreciative they are of my business. If you haven’t been there since Tony and Michelle started, I highly recommend treating yourself. You won’t be sorry!! Bring friends too:)

I love this nail salon. I had been going elsewhere & wad not satisfied with the service or the staff. I went here for the first time several weeks ago, it’s going to be my permanent new place! Michelle and Tony oh, the new owners pamper you so well . They are both professional and friendly! Will never go anywhere else! Prices are very reasonable.
