Acrylic nails turned out beautiful. The removal was painful and damaging. Used a new nail WITHOUT acetone to rip the old off. So painful. Verbally complained despite trying to be polite, yet CONTINUED ripping them off. Charged $15 for that. Work is beautiful but they do not care bout your nail beds. Haven’t been, but I won’t be going. One of your techs was incredibly cruel to a young woman who uses a wheelchair and is differently abled, and you guys literally refused to do her nails because she reasonably couldn’t get to a nail booth. Since you are willing to hire staff who are rude to differently abled people, and since you can’t accommodate all customers, everyone deserves to know about that.

Honestly I don’t hate them because I’ve had worse. I paid 75$ which isn’t bad cos it’s gel and their long. However, they are all different lengths and I asked him to make them thick since their long and their kind of thin. He was really nice tho and actually made decent conversation. I’m just upset because he didnt measure them together to make sure their all the same length. They’re definitely not the same length.

I got my gel manicure yesterday, and look at the picture I woke up with this!! Falling the gel polish i guess is bad quality. And I can go right away for a quick fix because I’m traveling today that’s why I did them yesterday so at least they last 1 week in a half… I call them trying to see if when I get back they re do my nails again since night I have to do them again in Florida. I’m very picky and this is bad services!

The worst experience I’ve ever had in a nail salon. They were so rude the entire time. Cut my finger, when I said that it hurt she yelled at me to stop moving. Half way through the service made us pay. Still had 20 minutes left until closed and turned lights off on me and my friend WHILE getting nails done. To top it off they told us they were going home and wouldn’t dry our nails. Absolutely terrible will never be back.
