The front desk was unprofessional. Tried to overprice the amount of a wash and haircut, when I told her the correct amount she proceeded with a made up excuse for the ‘correct’ price. I went in for a facial and had the most terrible experience of my life. My face was red and swollen and next day I realized the pain and hurt was from the more then 10 cuts the facial person had given on my face. She was so ignorant and careless to give me more then 10 visible cuts on my face. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I informed them the same day about my condition and they didn’t even bother to call back to apologize. And yes I paid in full for the service. Complete Waste of money.

I had an amazing experience in the two times I’ve visited the store and use their services. Staff are friendly and courteous, and they are absolutely good with styling hair. I went both times for washing, blow-drying, and a haircut. In my first visit, I was able to confidently have my hair cut down 8-inches, and I have to say, the lady who worked on my hair did an amazing job styling. She is a miracle worker! In my second visit, the lady who washed and blow-dried my hair was very nice and kind, especially maintaining my hair on a hot-day, when my curly hair usually becomes frizzy. I would recommend this place, the price is worth it!

I walked in to fix a rather botched up layering job and Nancy G came to my rescue! She expertly fixed the layers and shaped my hair to perfection. She understood my texture so well and even guided me on the best cut to work for my needs. Loved it and won’t be going to anyone else again! Haircut

Great experience. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Large laid back space with space between clients. My stylist Mona was wonderful and attentive.
