Wow! Not only does my body feel open and relaxed, Shelly’s treatments are like a transcendent experience! Unlike other treatments, I was able to quickly integrate the changes without much soreness. The next day I noticed that my shoulders and my pelvis were more even. I felt more mobility and openness in my shoulders that has lasted. Overall, I felt more at ease in my body the following days. And this was only after my first treatment! I’m looking forward to what evolves over more sessions.
