I LOVE LOVE LOVE this salon! My first experience there was amazing. The first time I walked in I was greeted by friendly faces that were quickly ready to make sure I was comfortable and accommodated. Right away they took my coat and offered me coffee (The caramel vanilla is a must try!). Then I met with Tara, who was my hairstylist and we had a consultation. She asked me what type of hairstyles I liked and what kind of look I wanted to achieve. She explained what type of products I should be using for my hair type, but wasn’t pushy about making me buy any, which I appreciated. She endendd up giving me a fun hair cut with tons of layers and choppy pieces. Then she asked what type of blow out I perfferred and we decided on going for a look with volume and big loose curls. This was the BEST blow out I have ever gotten! Needless to say I am now a regular client and I’ve never received so many compliments on my hair since I began going to this salon. I highly recommend trying it, there will be no disappointment!

I’m really disappointed in the service that I got on Friday the 31st, 2020. I went to see Jenna because her Instagram looked decent and was the best distance wise. I figured all I needed was my roots done, nothing too crazy that requires a ton of dimensional work. She was 17 minutes late to my appointment, and ended up rushing me in the end. The color is OKAY. That’s it. Okay. I feel like the platinum blonde I had before, is now muddy and ash looking. And I overheard her mixing different volumes for my hair to rush my hair. And I ended up getting rushed at the very end of the appt. I asked for a trim of my side bangs so they weren’t hanging off my face, and she gave me the most uneven bangs ever. That’s what I’m beyond upset about. I’ll be writing this review on yelp the second that they add this location to it. For now I guess Shrewbury will be getting a poor rating for another stylists rushed job. And I’ll be including photos.
