I had a great first experience here—I was very excited to find a salon within walking distance to my home. My first appointment I saw Morgan who cut, toned and styled my hair exactly with what I had in mind. However, my second time at the salon was a different story. I booked last minute with a different stylist for a trim and tone. My cut ended up being much shorter than I wanted (I asked to have the ends trimmed). The color wasn’t at all what I wanted and the stylist admitted it didn’t turn out how she thought. She offered to redo it. I didn’t have time so I accepted it as it was. She offered me an open/used bottle of a color depositing shampoo as a “fix.” However, the brown coloring shampoo ended up turning my blonde balayage orange. I had to go out and buy clarifying/purple shampoo right before a vacation to not leave with orange hair. I texted the salon twice before I got a response and an appointment to fix the color—but for $40 when I had already paid over $100 for something I didn’t even like and knew day of wasn’t right. Not to mention, I left the salon with hair that wasn’t even styled, just blow dried straight. The experience left me feeling like the stylist was just trying to make a quick fix without actually caring and that I wasn’t a valued customer. A complete waste of money for what seems like a routine service.

This is the greatest salon ever. The people that work here are the nicest people you will ever meet. They actually talk to you and they care about what you have to say. The quality in this salon is amazing they never use anything that will make you not like your hair. You may not like how your hair looks when you go in but when you come out you and everybody around you will love your hair.
