I’ve got lower back issues I’m always sore and try to stretch it out at work, most nights it gets unbearable. After a 60 min massage with Mackenzie I always feel amazing and my nights at work are pain free. Excellent experience! Josh (the owner) was extremely helpful and thorough! The freeze starts and it’s cold, but not until it reaches the coldest point of -164°!!!! You freeze for 3 minutes total. I almost gave up, but Josh kept talking to me, told me to move around and I got through! Afterwards, wow!!!! My energy level was extreme, I had a natural high rush, and my joints were so loose! I still feel it, today! I will definitely do it again!

My first massage ever! With LMT Makenzi was pure heaven. She had me snoring because my snore woke me up lol. Hands of heaven . I felt like it might have been the best hour of my life. I will never try another massage therapist ever for the rest of my life. No way that could ever be matched! And afterwards I am serious when I say I’m 35 but felt 17! Those kinda moments you cant put a price tag on! Will go back!!

Great experience. Pain from shin splints and knee tendonitis in two different family members relieved the following day. Sort of like the benefits you would expect from icing, except this actually works and about 50 times faster. Full body gets your adrenaline going and energy up for the rest of the day. It’s a must try for anyone doing any kind of physical training with any aches and pains from inflammation.

Today was my first Cryo session but it definitely will not be my last. It was invigorating!! I walked in with significant lower back and hip pain and walked out with neither!! I was amazed at how quickly I noticed a difference in my pain levels. The staff is very friendly, very knowledgeable. They stay with you through the whole process. I am already excited for my next appointment. If you have chronic pain and are not getting relief, I highly recommend you give Cryo a try!
