Critical: Cleanliness, ProfessionalismUpon walking in the place gave me bad vibes, but I was willing to give it a try since Yelp reviews were decent.The gentleman greeted me but seemed annoyed already. The bathroom was very dirty and doesn’t seem like it’s cleaned daily. I asked for a full set and pedicure, when I sat down still feeling a bad feeling – I informed him my current full set and toes were shellac and he seemed even more bothered at that and sighed. Also, their child was spinning around the poles in the pedicure area with YouTube playing on a phone very loud. But they have signs stating customers need to tend to their children, guess this doesn’t apply to themselves – no one wants to leave home for relaxation and time to themselves to sit for an hour with a kid running around. He Came back with his supplies and this is when I had to follow my gut feeling. His Bucket was grimey, and the crusty bottles of product looked like they had not been wiped down in a while. I respectfully let him know that I was going to leave and walked out. I have never walked out of a nail salon before, but the cleanliness was not ideal.
