We came in to get my son’s hair trimmed because he has his senior pictures the day after tomorrow. We always come here and are usually very happy. Today the lady that cut his hair didn’t really interact with him while he was getting his haircut and it felt like she wasn’t paying attention and was rushing. The whole time she was talking loudly across the salon to the other stylist (who was clearly on break eating her dinner in the other salon chair). In the end, the haircut was ok, but is still a little uneven and my son mentioned that his sideburns were cut into points instead of squared off like usual. I’m just disappointed since we mentioned his senior pics coming up. I wish she would have taken her time and paid attention to do a better job.

The haircuts I get here are good, but the wait times are ridiculous…Usually over 100 mins. When you have to book an appointment 2+ hours in advance, the recommended arrival times are never accurate. They need to have more staff working.

Quick in and quick out. I get a standard military-style hair cut and it is consistently the same no matter which stylist cuts it. Stylists are always very friendly 🙂

Overall I think the price is not worth what you get, I was expecting a 30 min haircut for the price of $24 for a haircut but it was less than 15 minutes. The worker was nice and we had good conversation but I could get the haircut at great clips for half the price and same quality of work.
