I’ve always been a fan of this place but not anymore. I’ll never go back. Emily the owner has cut out most everything including staff! She has no business phone-“ too expensive, “ she’s gone cheap on products, towels and stones are barely warm. And she’d rather visit with her friend then pay attention when she’s doing a pedicure on you! Then she’ll ask you if you want to pay “ card or cash” and when you say card she replies” I no take card, cash and check only, cards too expensive “ . I guess she likes to pocket the monies. But on the door it clearly shows credit cards. Also if you pick out a color that Emily doesn’t like she will tell you no and demand you go with what she picks out! If she’s paying for my pedi okay, but if I’m paying I want the color I want. She’s very rude..and I hope there’s never an emergency cause she keeps the door locked during business hours while she has customers in the building. Save yourself a disappointment go elsewhere.

Clean, good products. Emily is excellent! I have been a customer with her for almost 10 years; prior owners over 13 years. I have been going to this location for 23 years!! ALWAYS clean, spacious, good products and service. VERY hard to find in a business that changes owners and consistently keeps all the components important to a customer.

My sister and I wanted to have pedicures and chose this place based on location and reviews and we’re so glad we went! The chairs have multiple massage settings, they are super conscious about cleanliness and have a wide range of colors to choose from. The whole staff was pleasant, knowledgeable and the main two ladies were SUPER friendly and funny. Our nails came out great and we will definitely be returning.

Great nail salon! My daughter and I have gone in to this salon off and on for years and have always been treated well. Even when they have been busy and we’ve shown up a without an appointment- we’ve been asked to wait or to come back. Emily is honest and respectful to customers – in fact all of the nail technicians are. Emily’s candidness is important in this day and age of people just saying what they think you want to hear.

Been looking for a regular nail salon to go to for some time now. I don’t get my nails done often, but when I do I want great service. The owner was so friendly and actually had a conversation with me, and her husband was so gentle with my hands. It’s a very clean and open salon which is what I look for, and they didn’t rush me around. They took their time and made my hands and feet feel wonderful! I got excellent service at a reasonable price! I will definitely be coming back again.

Stopped by on this past Saturday the 28th and I really enjoyed my experience. The banter between the customers and the women that work there is so fun and everyone seems so comfortable and at home with each other! My nails looked great and they gave advice on what was best for me! Very pleased

Very disappointed in the service I received at Eva Nails from Emily. I have been loyal to this shop for 3 years. Emily expects loyalty from you but when she makes your nails bumpy or if the nails are not sealed she will not give your money back. She will get an attitude and tell you over and over that it’s not her fault. Even though she did the service. I literally had a space in between my nail and the fake nail. Food was getting stuck in the gap and it wouldn’t wash out. 2 years ago I got a green fungus from this shop and I should have never got my nails done again. She also refuses to do long nails because in her words “your people normally like long nails but that’s not for you” while pointing to my skin color. I was extremely offended. Don’t go here for your nails. They don’t have the talent for anything beyond a pedicure. And Emily is rude and insensitive.

Critical: ProfessionalismCovid warning! They have a sign outside that says you must wear a mask to enter, but a woman came in the salon and got a pedicure without a mask! She talked the entire time and no one asked her to put on one or denied service. She’s apparently regular so that’s even more alarming. Another person came in just after and they sat her in the same chair as the no mask woman! They are Not taking proper precautions what so ever here while in a pandemic and I do not recommend! Save yourself the trouble and do not come here! The manager is very disrespectful and tries to up-charge you for everything. I told her that I didn’t like that she was cutting my nails so low and she got upset and said “I’m not doing your nails anymore”. So she stopped and walked away and started helping another customer. She also tried to charge me to cut my cuticles. I’ve never been to a salon that was so disrespectful and money hungry.

So I came to this nail salon with my friend and all he wanted was to take his nails off, which is a simple process. The employees were extremely rude and they kept saying, “don’t rush us!”. All we were doing was discussing what he was going to get next, but after all that we decided to not go through with it. We left because the customer service is terrible and obnoxiously rude for no reason whatsoever. They kept us waiting and attended to other people who came in after us with no appointments. With any customer service place, employees should never say things like “don’t rush us!”, it’s unprofessional. I don’t recommend coming here unless you want mediocre nails with a side of bad attitudes.
