Sport Clips Haircuts of Atascocita

Critical: Quality, ValueI paid actual money for these haircuts today at Sport Clips in Atascocita (see photos). When we left, they had it styled in such a way that I couldn’t see the total hack job they did, but after we got home and it started to fall it was very obvious. I went back in and requested a refund and was told it was against company policy and all they could offer me was to “fix” their hair (no thanks, I’ll go somewhere else!) or a free haircut in the future (no thanks again!). To add insult to injury, they tried to make it seem as if it was my fault – instead of owning her mistake, the woman who cut my oldest son’s hair told me his hair was supposed to be this way since we push it to the side when we style it. We started going here when my oldest was 2, we’ve always had the same haircut and they’ve been hit or miss but NEVER anything like this and they have notes on how his hair is cut. I paid actual money for these haircuts today at Sport Clips in Atascocita (see photos). When we left, they had it styled in such a way that I couldn’t see the total hack job they did, but after we got home and it started to fall it was very obvious.
