There was a new staff trial so I got my Brazilian for free. But nothing in this world is for free. She was a person with fake long nails and was not able to hold the stick bcoz of her nails. And spilled was here and there and then was not able to take it off completely. I was all red. And she took forever. Hope next time there should be rules for hire – like no long nails.

The business was ok, the person that helped me was not. I got a Brazilian wax for the first time and the lady was not personable at all! I wouldn’t say rude but you can tell she wanted to wax me and get me out asap. I tried to make small talk since, again, THIS WAS MY FIRST BRAZILIAN WAX, but you can tell she didn’t want to at all. She didn’t help ease my anxiety. She didn’t have any type of system of how to do the wax. She just dipped the wax, got a LOT of it (as if she wanted to see how much wqx she could hold on the stick), put the wax on wherever, added MORE wax ontop of that, then didn’t even wait until it was hard to take it off. She then dusted me with powder like “alright here”. Never going to this one again.

Very friendly staff and lots of appointment options. I typically get the bikini wax and am in-and-out in about 15 minutes! Super fast and super efficient. Prices are reasonable – if you can, go for the Wax Pass and save some $$. They always give some $ back if you book your next appointment when you’re there. The waiting area is a bit echo-y, so may sometimes be difficult to be discrete – but they’re very accommodating. Beware – you need to be on time as if you’re over 11 minutes late they’ll bump you (and there may not be a slot). Parking lot is always full, so plan ahead.
