They’re definitely a 9/10. Naomi and Jessie are amazing. Jessie takes really good care of you and pays attention to what you need but Naomi also knows what’s best and is detail-oriented. If you want a Brazilian or Bikini, it gets better with time, but overall, it’s a clean, fairly affordable, professional, and friendly environment.

Got a Brazilian from Jessica, and the job was literally laughable. There was wax left all over my skin, and I had to finish everything up at home. Jessica told me that in order to get the rest of the hair, I’d have to wait for my next appointment. As a service provider myself, I think it’s beyond unprofessional to give a less-than-average service in the hopes that someone will rebook. By NO means did I receive the service I paid for. They were sweet and understood my nervousness, hence the two stars, but I’m definitely avoiding this place in the future.

They are nice people but their job is so poor!! I got my underarms waxed which looked good. But my eyebrows they ruined them! First and last time I go to this place. Don’t get your brows done here if that’s what you want you will regret it!
