Apparently, this location could care less about the quality of estheticians they hire because I’ve served as a model in TRAININGS with students still learning & came out with better results. Mariana was awful..she kept talking about what other side hustles she wanted to take up in addition to waxing..but that’s besides the point. The waxing was torture. Not only did she yank 3-4x to remove one strip, SUPER painful by the way, but she placed hot wax in the same place at least 3x while my skin was raw. In addition, the area is NOT CLEAN AT ALL. There is so much hair left..it barely looks like she did anything at all waxing wise. I was offered to have someone clean up but it was for a time I could not commit AND, my parts were literally raw & sensitive at that point. I will never trust another European Wax Center..that was absolutely ridiculous. Please fire her..that service is unacceptable & I literally have photos of how much hair is left.

Horrible!! She kept putting very hot waxes on my parts and didn’t bother to ask if I was ok or even apologize when I scream because it was very hot. The wax was all over my arms and legs too. I wasn’t able to finish the session because she was not gentle at all!! And even that, the parts that are done was not clean I have to use puller when I got home and realized I have multiple skin ripped off too. She didn’t even bother to offer me wipes to clean the hair all over my parts when she said I was done. I have to put my underwear with hair all over me.

Went in for a Brazilian and got in to my appointment more than 15 minutes late. The woman who waxed me took 25 minutes to wax me, the longest I’ve ever had and pulled the hair in every direction. The hair was basically ripped and not pulled from the root because I was able to go in with tweezers and pull the root out. She also left full grown hairs in my butt. I called to get some sort of solution from them but they would not give any discount, any voucher, nothing.
