I went for my first waxing ever and was scared to death. I was able to be a model for Latisha (trainee) and Sam (trainer) and when I got in they made me feel completely comfortable, they were laid back and they joked around with me. I was still a tad nervous but Sam did her thing as the veteran and explained everything to me and the trainee. Latisha was careful for it being her first time and she was cool as hell. Overall experience was phenomenal, I would do it again.

This is as honestly the worst Brazilian I’ve ever received. They use the same kind of hard wax for your whole body. It was hot in the wax room and the lady said she’s been having problems all day because the wax won’t cool right…red flag number one but I stayed then she began to wax over and over again the same location and then there were points where she couldn’t even get the wax off because it the room was too hot and was getting frustrated. She waxed the same area so many times that it was bleeding. Then once I got home I realized there were little pieces of wax everywhere. So guess what I have now?! Literally at least 12 disgusting ingrown hairs…that I had to go to a dermatologist to take care off. This is honestly horrible.

I have came here 2 time and every time I come here they have me coming out looking a like lollipop that fell on the ground. Leave hard wax and hairs all the time. I go to this other nice place now downtown and they get everywhere with lil plucking and the get my ingrows if needed. All for the same price. Don’t believe them talking about oh well cus because of your hair, this and that like no. It’s because this company uses hard wax. Lash and Wax Denver is where you gotta go to get a real Brazil wax. And the rooms are comfortable and nice lighting with no paper that gets stuck to you skin and the rooms don’t look like I’m about to get a surgery.
