I LOVE THIS LOCATION! It’s brand new and so beautiful!! I’m so glad one has finally opened up closer to where I live. The front desk was so sweet and really knowledgeable on the savings program that I ended up purchasing. My wax specialist was Abigail and she was so gentle, made a not so fun service super comfortable! I am definitely switching from my other center to this one! THANK YOU!!!

All of the girls at this center are WONDERFUL!! Everyone was super nice and friendly! There were very patient with me, and were incredibly knowledgeable about their services and products. They even have a savings program were you can buy 9 waxing services and get 3 FOR FREE!!! I had an absolutely delightful time with them and my service was phenomenal! Will definitely be back!

I would have loved to have gotten the services I booked, but unfortunately that did not happen. The receptionist was very nice, but I feel like there are somethings that should be told to customers upfront. I was informed when I got there that if I used numbing spray I would not be able to get waxed. I was not told this at the time of booking the day before, but I was asked if I was taking any medication . Also, when I asked how long should I wait before getting it done. The receptionist could not give me a definite answer she said “ I just know It has to be a little bit” I told her it been 3 hours. She said “yea it has be 4-6 hours”. This doesn’t make sense at all, is it 4 or 6 hours. I left upset because I had driven quite a ways to get there and I could not get a straight answer. “ it’s a European wax thing” is not acceptable, please start telling people this before hand so time is not waisted. Not pleased with my first visit.

Costumer service was amazing! They were able to fit me in even though I had an appointment but I needed to move it. The wax wasn’t the greatest. I had better from them before. Just not fully satisfied but I’m sure next time will be better.
