I’ve been coming to this EWC for over a couple of months now and on my last visit I decided to book with Felicia due to the positive and wonderful reviews she has received on here. Well, my fault for deciding to do that because the wax services that I received were not exceptional and a little subpar compared to the other ladies that have serviced me. Firstly, she was just very cold. I honestly was expecting her to be outgoing and with a warmer demeanor than she had that day. Secondly, she is quick, but she had a couple of tugging moments concerning my Brazilian wax… Third and final verdict, if this is your first time waxing or you are not used to waxing that often, I would not recommend Felicia.

The receptionist was really sweet but both girls scheduled to do waxes didn’t come in. One, the girl I booked with, just no call no showed. So unprofessional. They offered to reschedule, but why would I want to go somewhere that this is a possibility? I’m not going to run the risk of them canceling me while I’m sitting in the lobby again. Go elsewhere.
