Critical: Quality, ValueWhile I had only started using European wax services last year, the relationship with this company was short lived. I had purchased a Brazilian wax package which would in return lower the very expensive wax payments from 54 to 40 dollars a visit. One month my credit card company denied payment from the company. I quickly called and tried to get the discrepancy fixed. After being fixed, and payment withdrawn, the company withdrew the payment again. What would have happen if I did not have the money on my card to compensate what had happened?!? They apologized but offered nothing but a return of my money to go to another location. How rude! I called my credit card company for a dispute for the second withdrawn. They called me weeks later to say that they accidentally over paid me back my money and that I owed 121.50 and could not receive my services that we’re already paid for. I had one month left of 121.50. So refusing me my paid service due to the companies inability to count. That was a mistake upon their parties so why did I (the costumer) become responsible for the supposedly over payment on my account?!? When I told them I had never dealt with a company who charges so much for services and in return just say “oh sorry” here’s your money back for the package since I decided to go to another location. Without my permission they kept the 121.50 from my package and charged me the regular 54 dollars after I had use the service and had 9 treatments left at 40 dollars.
