Went in the other day with hair down to my shoulders looking for a trim. The first cut made was probably the only good one. After that the stylist cut the rest too short. Basically the hair I wanted long is short and the hair i wanted short is long. It was toward the end of the day and all the workers seemed ready to leave, and I get it. But she could’ve made sure she was actually doing the it the right way.

Critical: QualityI went in with long hair and came out looking like I got buzzed when I had told her that I still wanted to keep it long but to clean it up a bit so I don’t look like a mop and instead she went in and cut off all of blonde hair and I noticed how short she was cutting it and I had stopped her by saying “i still wanted to keep it long” and she replied to me with “i know I’m just adjusting it” and she kept going shorter and shorter way above my ear when I had specified that i wanted it cut up to my eye level and i end up with little hair left literally passed my forehead and I had given her specific instructions of what I wanted. Been coming here since 2011 & only have had 1 cut that was not quite to my taste but otherwise I would say I’ve shared with others as a highly recommended salon to get a cut, in and out. Pretty much I’ve had a great visit and cut every single time, (other that the one) and I do go in about every week to ever other week so that’s roughly 300 cuts. PERFECT cuts. My best recommendation right now is Amanda at the S Washington location in Holland Mi. But all of their stylists are top notch in my experience!!

They accept walk ins and if you have the app you can get in line any time of day. Elizabeth gave a good cut and was great to talk to while I sat in the chair. Very competitive prices as well. Overall great experience.

They do a really decent job almost everytime I go. The price seems a bit much but if it’s a good haircut it’s a good haircut. I’ve had it a few times though where it was just awkward silence and I had to create conversation to make the experience better. I recomend this place if you just want a quick cut and nothing fancy.
