I have been coming here for roughly 1- 1 1/2 years. I am typically happy with my services dependent upon which wax specialist I am able to book with. In the time that I have been coming to this location there have been three phenomenal wax specialists leave over a 2-3 month span due to growing frustration with poor management. If you are a frequent waxer then you understand that not all wax specialists have the same capabilities and skill; so this is extremely frustrating as a customer. The high turnover shows a lack of regard for employees which is very disappointing. If I had not paid for my waxes in advance I would likely seek these services elsewhere.

I was not happy with my wax and found the place to not be the cleanest. They re use wax!! Huge health concern and very nasty. They want you in and out as fast as possible with out any regard to quality of service. I would also like to add the owner Nichole was extremely rude and does not take guest complaints very seriously and actually over heard her talking to her staff like they were children. That was in front of a costumer I couldn’t image what it would be like when no customers are around Extremely unprofessional. not sure if I went on a bad day but I will not be going back. No cleaning, and you will be rushed when you bring up the issues they’re is “nothing they can do” I would not recommend this place to anyone.
