I’ve used multiple EWS locations and this one is by far the worse. I’ve left several appointments for a Brazilian with patches of hair still present that are certainly long enough for waxing. I’ve also had appointments canceled after confirming via text, with nothing more than a phone call to attempt to alert me. Will not be returning and will be seeking alternate hair removal option; this wax center is subpar at best.

Same is incredible!! She’s so thorough and if you want, she’ll let you watch with the mirror the whole time. She’ll ask you what you think after each spot to make sure it’s to your liking and is more than happy to do more if you want to. She is super easy to talk to and has a great personality. I’ve had my eyebrows done here a couple times. The first couple times were ok, but highly recommend Sam for eyebrow waxing! She takes her time, and really listens to what you want and how much you want off. She did exactly what I wanted and only took off what I had asked for. She’s also really sweet, and very approachable! Customer service is excellent. Highly recommend Sam, especially for eyebrow waxing!
